Aamu Advisory
Advisory services

An advisor to the board and the executive team.

We help you make better decisions — whether you are reorganising your AI capabilities, building a governance framework or running a transformation programme.

01

AI strategy

What the company should do with AI, what it should leave alone, and in what order. We are the outside voice in the room while the executive team decides: a second opinion on priorities, sequence and investment cases, and a check on whether the plan is one the board can approve.

AI governance and regulation

What the board has to be able to answer for. We advise on the governance model, accountabilities and reporting that keep AI defensible, and translate the EU AI Act, NIS2 and data protection into the few things your organisation actually has to do.

Assessments

Bounded work with a defined output.

Each assessment has a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a date. They stand alone, and they are the usual way an advisory relationship begins.

AI maturity assessment

Where the organisation actually stands against its peers: capability, data, governance and the way decisions get made. A structured assessment against an established model, delivered as a picture the board can read and a short list of what to fix first.

4–6 weeks · fixed fee

AI governance review

An independent read on the governance model already in place: accountabilities, policies, risk practice and reporting, tested against the EU AI Act, NIS2 and the board’s duty of care. What holds, what does not, and what to do before the next audit.

3–5 weeks · fixed fee

Impact and value assessment

What the AI investment has actually delivered — and what it plausibly can. An evaluation of realised benefits, the measures behind them, and the assumptions in the business case, so the next investment decision rests on evidence.

3–6 weeks · fixed fee
