What we collect and why
If you write to us, we process the contact details and the content of your message, so that we can answer you and, where relevant, discuss possible work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single browser storage entry is used only to remember your own cookie choice if one is ever offered.
Processors
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Email is delivered through ImprovMX and Google. These providers process data on our behalf and may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as the matter is open and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can pick up an earlier conversation. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@aamuadvisory.com and we will respond within a month. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
